Orders to Europe are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. For orders outside of Europe, please contact us and we will find together the best solution for shipping. Note that all local fees are still in charge and risk of the consignee.
The carrier of your choice will send you a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
Our complete kits are always delivered on a pallet. Drivers drop off the pallet where it is technically possible to deliver (they are for example not required to deposit the palette in a garage). Additional fees may be charged if the delivery location is not accessible by truck.
If you wish to return a product because you have changed your mind, you can do so within 30 days of receiving. We will refund your order upon receipt of the returned item. The costs of returning the product will be at your expense.
